CHOCOLATE FORMULATION

Our chocolate formulation is created with the most bioavailable and adaptogenic foods available to support immunity, energy, hormones, cognition, happiness and harmony. We love chocolate because of the complex chemistry of the cacao with happiness and bliss molecules. With this knowledge, we take into consideration the function and traditional confectionery methods of chocolate making which primarily focuses on the hypothalamus and pleasure center response to foods. We have taken the best source of fat possible, which is naturally occurring in the cacao. Then added the most pure, unprocessed organic sun dried cane juice crystals and coconut sugar which have minerals intact, and pure crystallized sea salt to taste. With that combination, we add highly adaptogenic dual extracted medicinal mushrooms along with bioavailable superfoods and superherbs that enhance the modulating factor of our chocolate. We add ORMUS gold and hydrolyzed pearl to our formulas to enhance the overall effects of our chocolate. All our ingredients are organic or wild. We top our bars with cacao nibs, evaporated cane juice crystals and pyramid sea salt.
